Our concept both in Catuçaba and its sister hotel Picinguaba, is to provide small houses or villas to our guests, with the benefit of a true hotel service, as an alternative to rooms and suites, for a more complete and exclusive experience.

In Catuçaba, we have:

1 / Master villas

There are 3 nicely set colonial-style villas around the main house that can be either rented in full, or by the room. They each have 1 master suite and 2 large double rooms, fireplace, terraces, and can accommodate up to 7 persons. They come with full hotel services.

2 / The Waterfall House (Casa da Cachoeira) and the Lake Houses

(Available from Oct 2011)

Those are authentic farmhouses in the wild, which have been only very lightly restored to keep their uniqueness and authenticity. One is by a waterfall, 3 others around a large, splendid lake, a few kilometers away. They are rented for a true countryside experience, with your own garden food to be prepared in the wood-fired oven. You can access them by horse, or by car. For a truly adventurous rustic experience.

3 / Contemporary self-sufficient modern villas

One of the property's 4 valleys has been prepared to receive a unique concept of modern villas from Brazilian architect Marcio Kogan. Oversized plots of 5 to 10 hectares with the project will be available to private investors. Those villas will be rented with the hotels services (ask us for more information).
